and reports to add the Head of Market Operations   You Will:業務内容: ・Orchestrate Regional Workstreams: Lead daily synchronization between global engineering and local operational teams to ensure ・Act as the Regional Integration Point: Serve as the primary "bridge" between central product/policy teams and local realities, synthesizing complex regional nuances into actionable project plans. テストから本格的な商業規模への移行を統括し、長期的な実現可能性を確保するために、現地からのフィードバックをグローバルなプロダクト ロードマップに確実に反映させます。 You Have: 必須条件: ・Minimum 10+ years of experience in market expansion, operations management, or complex program leadership, specifically within the mobility, autonomous vehicle, or high-growth tech sectors. ・モビリティ、自動運転車、または急成長中のテクノロジー分野において、市場拡大、オペレーション管理、複雑なプログラムのリーダーシップに携わった 10 年以上の実務経験。 ・Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or Management Consulting practices, handling fast scaling clients and complex project management ・オペレーションまたはマネジメント コンサルティングにおける 3 年以上の実務経験。急速に規模を拡大しているクライアントへの対応や、複雑なプロジェクト管理を行った経験。 ・Demonstrated success in leading cycles of international market entries or large-scale operational rollouts within highly regulated urban environments. ・規制の厳しい都市環境において、国際市場への参入や大規模な運用展開のサイクルを主導し成功に導いた実績。 ・Proven ability to navigate complex European regulatory frameworks and a track record of maintaining strategic relationships with municipal transport authorities or government bodies. ・複雑な欧州の規制の枠組みに対応する能力、自治体の交通当局や政府機関と戦略的な関係を維持した実績。 ・Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical engineering constraints プロジェクトを主導した経験。 ・Direct experience in the Autonomous Vehicle sector, with a deep understanding of L4 technology and the specific safety standards required for driverless commercial operations. ・自動運転車分野での実務経験があり、レベル 4 技術と、無人商用運用に必要な特定の安全基準を深く理解をお持ちの方。 ・Direct experience managing the physical and logistical requirements of urban infrastructure, such as depot mobilization, fleet deployment, or site readiness. ・デポの立ち上げ、フリート配備、拠点整備など、都市インフラストラクチャにおける物理的および物流的要件を管理した実務経験。 ・Technical Product Fluency: Ability to engage deeply with engineering and product teams to translate complex AV sensor limitations or infrastructure requirements into local operational playbooks. ・技術的なプロダクトの知識: エンジニアリング チームやプロダクト チームと緊密に連携し、自動運転センサーの複雑な制限やインフラストラクチャの要件を現地の運用ハンドブックに落とし込める能力。 ・Infrastructure & Depot Mobilization: Background in overseeing the physical setup of high-tech depots or electric vehicle (EV) charging hubs, including site selection and hardware installation oversight. ・インフラストラクチャおよびデポの立ち上げ: 拠点の選定やハードウェア設置の監督など、ハイテクデポや電気自動車（EV）充電ハブの物理的なセットアップを統括した経験。 ・Stakeholder Diplomacy: Advanced experience in public-sector engagement, specifically in educating local emergency services and transit authorities on the nuances of interacting with autonomous fleets. ・関係者との交渉: 公共部門との連携における高度な実務経験。特に、自律走行フリートとのやり取りにおける細かな注意点について、現地の緊急サービス機関や交通機関に周知し、啓発した経験。 出張について:  約 15% の出張（国内および海外） Travel:  15% travel domestic and international.
